The National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ) is a human relations organization that promotes inclusion and acceptance by providing education and advocacy while building communities that are respectful and just for all. NCCJ celebrates the diversity of races, religions, cultures, genders, abilities & sexual orientations.
In 2022, the DEJOY/WOS Family Foundation was a Respect Champion Sponsor of the 56th annual Citation Award Dinner held on November 9, 2022. NCCJ honored Addy & Paul Jeffrey and Linda & Tom Sloan with the Citation Award. In 2021, the DEJOY\WOS Foundation was a Respect Champion Sponsor of the 55th annual Citation Award Dinner, which honored Betty Cone and Kitty & Earl Congdon. In 2019, the DEJOY\WOS Family Foundation was a Photo Station Sponsor of the 53rd annual Citation Award Dinner which honored Judge Lawrence McSwain and Dr. Nido Qubein. The Citation Award Dinner is NCCJ’s biggest community program and fundraiser, and the Triad’s largest annual event dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
