The DEJOY\WOS Family Foundation was a Wish Partner for the 11th annual Kentucky Derby Classic held on May 3, 2025. The event raised $320,000 to benefit Make-A-Wish Central & Western North Carolina and is the chapter’s signature fundraising event in the triad. The DEJOY\WOS Family Foundation has been a sponsor of the event since 2022.
Make-A-Wish creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. They seek to bring every eligible child’s wish to life because a wish is an integral part of a child’s treatment journey. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight their illness.
